So when you finally do end up opening your heart - it feels like you're ripping it right out of your self.
a cacaphony of bloody and filth and all the dirt you hid in there - the anti-catharsis.

Theme:
i was working on abstract expressionism. my theme was based around something that i have experienced very intensely. When things are boiled up inside too long, too much rage is generated. apparently catharsis lies in the outpouring of the soul.
i feel otherwise...an outpour is a dirty dirty explosion of more rage, frustration, noise and blood.

i had so much inside me that i could not sit in my studio and think and plan. i would close in my studio space. and start working on a surface with all my materials lying around me...
the experience has been by far the most amazing frenzied trances that i have been in. non inspired...almost always!
